The EDiLiC International Association aims to promote an innovative pedagogical approach called Awakening to Language/ Language Awareness.
Awakening to Language does not focus on the teaching of one particular language. Rather, it is the active discovery of the vast diversity of languages around the world: languages of all countries, linguistic diversity in a particular region, home languages, etc.

CFP: Pratiques Artistiques et Approches Sensibles en didactique des langues-cultures
Cet appel à contribution s’inscrit dans la continuité du colloque PAAS (Pratiques Artistiques et Approches Sensibles en didactique des langues-cultures - Contextes et appropriations), organisé à Toulouse en mai 2025 dans le cadre des manifestations scientifiques de ’association Acedle. Certaines contributions à ce colloque figureront dans ce n° des Langues Modernes ainsi que dans un double numéro à venir de la revue Recherches en Didactique des Langues et cultures Cahiers de l’Acedle, à paraitre en 2027). L’essentiel de l’argumentaire du colloque est repris ci-après.
